The Floating Seahorse Villas are part of The World Islands development nestled just off the coast of Dubai. Designed by the Heart of Europe construction company, these floating villas were built outside the water first and then placed on the sea using cranes. When set down, the structures were anchored to their underwater foundation to remain fixed in their positions.
