The Views – Saraya Towers consists of two buildings located in Abu Dhabi near Corniche Road, and they are considered to be one of the architectural jewels of the city. The 40- and 46-storey towers were designed to reflect the sun’s rays at different angles throughout the day, so the appearance of the towers is constantly changing. In total, the buildings can accommodate 8,000 residents. The project was developed by Aldar Properties, and construction was completed in 2017.
Properties include one- to three-bedroom apartments with stunning views of Abu Dhabi and Saraya Lagoon. Depending on the floor plan, units feature balconies, terraces, staff accommodations, laundry rooms, Jacuzzis, and kitchens with built-in appliances.
