It unites 5 new high—rise office buildings and two hotels – Ibis (588 rooms) and Accor Hotels Dubai One Central, the construction of which was completed in June 2020.
Each room complies with all modern building codes and office decoration requirements, including international Class A standards, LEED gold certification, as well as RICS standards.
The Index Tower houses 400 different residential units, including studios, apartments with 1-3 bedrooms, as well as penthouses with three bedrooms. One-bedroom apartments in Central Park Residential Towers are available in two configurations (Type A and Type B). It is a divided room with a spacious living room, kitchen and bathroom. The area range of one—bedroom apartments is from 97 sq. m (1047 sq. ft.) to 118 sq. m (1275 sq. ft.).
