Baniyas Tower is an office complex located on Hamdan Street near Corniche Road in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates. The area has several government buildings, financial institutions, famous landmarks, academic institutions, and cultural centres. The project was developed by Aldar Properties, and it was completed in 2009.
Baniyas Towers provides 42,000 sq. m of Class A office space spread out among two buildings. Units are available for sale and rent, and they feature several different configurations. The buildings were constructed using natural materials, and the facades were built using glass, granite, and marble.
