Ansam is a residential complex from the developer Aldar Properties in the western part of Yas Island. It consists of 12 buildings with a height of 6 to 8 floors next to the coast and the Yas Links Abu Dhabi Golf course.
The project includes studios and apartments with 1-3 bedrooms with an area of 51 sq. m. up to 374 sq. m. The residences have spacious living and dining areas, equipped kitchens, dressing rooms, large balconies or terraces. When decorating the premises, mainly natural and safe materials were used, much attention was paid to landscaping the territory next to the complex and its landscape design, a system of street and indoor lighting was thought out.
The developer complied with the Pearl Rating System standards, according to which construction and operation should ensure environmental care and the most comfortable and safe environment for residents.
