Glitz 3 is a residential complex located in Dubai Studio City. This large-scale project combines residential and commercial facilities. It was implemented by Danube Properties, a well-known real estate development company.

The complex consists of an eight-storey building with a total of 352 residential units, including small studios and apartments with one to three bedrooms. Buses and taxis can be located within a three-minute walk.
