Jamam Residence is a 10–storey residential complex with access to the waterfront of Al Raha Bay. The project was implemented by the company Dhabi Contracting LLC. The complex was commissioned in October 2018.
The building became recognizable due to its unusual architectural design. The floor area decreases from bottom to top. Along the perimeter there are terraces with a canopy, which offer views of the bay and the beach.
The project includes apartments with 1-2 bedrooms, as well as a limited number of duplexes. The area of the properties varies from 93 sq. m to 387 sq. m. Some apartments have an additional room for a maid.
The decoration uses double glazed doors and windows, as well as anti-slip ceramic floors for bathrooms and kitchens. All apartments have spacious halls with access to a balcony or terrace and bedrooms with walk-in closets. The gated kitchens are equipped with built-in appliances.
