Acacia Villas is the fourth residential phase of construction in the community of Al Zahia in Sharjah.

All villas in the development have individual plots, internal elevators, balconies, a European demonstration kitchen, dressing rooms, a Mejlis area, staff quarters, as well as parking spaces.
