A gated project overlooking man-made hills and beaches offers villas, townhouses and apartments. The complex will include 5 clusters with 593 residential units: Coast Way, Park Valley, North Bay, Garden Homes and Beach Bay.
The first phases of Reem Hills launched in 2022 and include three-bedroom townhouses, four-bedroom twin villas and 4-7-bedroom villas. The total area of the property varies from 221 sq. m. m to 1,620 sq. m, and plots — from 197 sq. m. up to 1,866 sq. m. Residences are offered in two types: Minimal and Chic.
Depending on the layout, villas and townhouses may include a family lounge, an office, a kitchen for a cook, rooms for household staff and a driver, storage space, etc. There are many recreation areas available to residents: private terraces and roof balconies with magnificent views of the surrounding area, as well as gardens and barbecue areas.
