In early 2023, developer 9Yards Developments unveiled its first residential complex, Sea La Vie, in the Yas Bay area on Yas Island. As of 2023, the project is under construction with an estimated completion date in the first quarter of 2026.

The luxurious multifunctional project of four towers will include apartments with 1-4 bedrooms, duplex lofts with one bedroom, penthouses with four bedrooms and duplexes with two bedrooms.

In total, 605 residential units with a total area of 68 sq. m will be available for purchase. up to 635 sq. m. All residences will have balconies overlooking the stunning waterfront, and some layouts include a maid’s room.
