The Beach Collection is a well-thought-out and long-awaited project on four “fronds” of Palm Jebel Ali. The man-made island features the longest coastline in Dubai. Here it feels as though the Arabian Gulf connects with the skyline.
The idea and realisation of Palm Jebel Ali, including The Beach Collection, belong to Nakheel Properties, a well-known developer and the creator of Palm Jumeirah. The project is planned to be completed in 2027.
The Beach Collection offers exquisite three-storey 5-6 bedroom villas. There are eight types of villas in total: Tropical Mist, Sapphire, Provence, Mediterranean, Indigo Ocean, Blue Horizon, Azure Blue and Aquamarine. The living areas start from 7,000 sq. ft. A light colour scheme with shades of turquoise, emerald, milk white, beige, grey and graphite is used in the design of villas. Natural motifs, such as the imitation of water droplets on the walls, a drawing of a log of wood, sand waves in the flooring and precious stones in the fittings, are seen in the interiors. Natural wood, marble, gold and brass are used in finishing.
