The community, as stated earlier, is being launched in three phases: Casa Dora, Bella Casa and Casa Viva.
Bella Casa offering 2 and 3-bedroom luxury townhouses and 3-bedroom semi-detached villas was the first phase of Serena. One can spot the development right opposite Mudon. It promises to provide a comfortable lifestyle for residents.
Casa Dora was the second phase of the project consisting of Portuguese-inspired townhouses.
